Along Came You, by BK Wright

INTRO:
Matthew had fallen for Greg Stevens and Matthew had fallen hard. Before Greg, Matthew had thought that finding true happiness was not meant to be, for him. When a mutual friend fixes him up with Greg, Matthew continues to doubt his chances for true love. Greg is much younger than he and just beginning his career. When Matthew shows Greg the carvings above the fireplaces that his grandfather had built years ago, Greg sees in them the same “sign” that Matthew had seen ten years earlier. When a baby girl is abandoned at the hospital where Greg works, he and Matthew wonder if the fireplace carvings could have been designed from a premonition of Matthew’s grandfather and that perhaps this wise man, years ago, had known what lay ahead for his grandson. All Romance ebooks, www.beautobeau.com

EXCERPT:
Greg quickly briefed his chief resident who would be finishing his rounds for him this morning, and then hurried to the school to pick up his daughter. What could possibly have happened? The school nurse had said that Nichole wasn’t feeling well, but hadn’t gone into detail. Fearing the worst as always, Greg hurried as fast as he could to be with Nicky. Out of breath after running from the parking lot to the school, Greg could barely speak when he walked into the nurse’s office. “What’s wrong? Is she sick? Did she fall?” “We’re not sure, Dr. Stevens. She said that her stomach hurt and that she wanted her daddy.” “Okay. Where is she?” The nurse led Greg to where Nichole was lying down on a cot. “What is it, baby? Does your tummy hurt?” Nicky nodded her head. “Do you want to go home?” Nicky nodded again. “Let’s go. I’ve got someone to cover for me at work.” Nichole took Greg’s hand and the two of them walked to the car. Once inside the car, Greg pulled Nicky onto his lap and held her like a baby. “What’s wrong, Nicky? Can you tell Daddy?”
******
It was late by the time they left the Space Needle, and Greg didn’t know where the day had gone. The week had seemed so long without Matthew, and the day with him had flown by. Matthew once again opened the car door for Greg and they drove back to Greg’s apartment. Greg put his hand on the door handle of the car, and Matthew said, “Wait, Greg”, and placed his hand on Greg’s arm. “I would love for you to see my house. It’s just twenty minutes out of the city. Let me make us dinner next Saturday night.” Greg thought about his schedule. “Absolutely, I’m not on call until the following Saturday.” Matthew walked Greg to his door, and this time Greg invited him in. Greg poured them a glass of wine, and they talked for awhile longer. “That was the best surprise, Matthew, the entire day with you, and especially the dinner in the sky.” Matthew set his glass down and then took Greg’s from him and set it down too. He held Greg’s hands and then moved his hands up along Greg’s arms. He held Greg’s arms and leaned toward him. Greg’s heart was beating hard and fast when he felt Matthew’s lips on his own. Matthew’s kisses were gentle and sweet, yet very passionate. Matthew put his arms around Greg, and Greg held Matthew in his. Matthew kissed Greg for several minutes, and then kissed him on the cheek. “I’d better go now,” he said. Greg hugged him after they stood up, before letting him go. “I had the best day, Matthew, and thank you for next Saturday.” “I will e-mail the directions to my house. I can pick you up if you like, though I am planning the most spectacular dinner for the two of us.” “Oh, I’m sure I can find it, but thanks,” Greg responded, so taken with Matthew he could barely speak. Matthew left, and Greg plopped down on the sofa. Greg was in love, or at the very least, smitten.
******
“Greg, I would love it if you stayed with me tonight, but please don’t feel pressured to do so. I won’t hold it against you if you don’t feel comfortable with staying, and I certainly will not stop seeing you. I like you a lot, Greg.” There, he had said it, and now the ball was in Greg’s court. Greg looked at Matthew with his endearing smile, his bright blue eyes sparkling. He kissed Matthew lightly on the lips. “I would love to spend the night with you, Matthew,” he whispered, as he moved closer. “I’ve thought about what it would be like waking up next to you.” Matthew pulled him closer and put his arms around him. They held each other for a long time, and then Matthew kissed Greg on his neck and then his cheek, and finally their lips met. It had been a long week without each other, and their lips seemed to know it too. They kissed more passionately tonight, more hungrily. Matthew led Greg to his bed, and the two of them unbuttoned the other’s shirts and took them off. Matthew pulled the covers back and invited Greg into his bed. The room was dark, but they undressed separately before getting into bed and moving toward each other. They embraced again, holding each other, kissing each other. Matthew was a passionate lover and took his time, two things that Greg was not accustomed to.
******
Matthew watched and waited for Greg to notice what he hoped he would notice within the carvings. “These are unique, Matthew.” “What do you mean, Greg?” “It appears that in each there is a carving of a man with a child, and in this one there are two men with a child, but no woman. That is interesting.” “I thought so, too, Greg, when I finally took the time to really see them,” Matthew remarked, as he walked up behind Greg and put his arms around his waist. He kissed him on the back of his neck. “I rarely came up here, and didn’t study these until probably ten years ago. I’ve often wondered what Grandfather was thinking when he had these put in. It’s a bit of a mystery, or perhaps Grandfather had some sort of premonition about his grandson.” Greg looked at Matthew. “Spooky, isn’t it?” “A little,” Matthew agreed.

Branding Dylan

Cover of Branding Dylan

Branding Dylan, by BK Wright

INTRO:
A summer at the family ranch had been carefully planned for Brandon by his father, to impress upon him the kind of life he should not want. Old man Ashcot had not anticipated Brandon’s love of the land, nor did he anticipate Brandon’s love for a ranch hand. Brandon discovers much more than love while on the family ranch. Brandon discovers family secrets which his father has worked a lifetime to keep hidden from him.

EXCERPT:
This past year on the ranch and away from the family business was a welcome change from the mundane life of prep school. Brandon had never felt so free. He lived among the ranch hands, many nights sleeping outside under a star studded clear blue sky. Unlike his life back east, he had plenty of free time to experience new adventures and meet new people, people who were happy with their lives on the ranch, the simple way of life, people to whom prestige and money were not required to validate their existence. It was during this year that he had met Dylan.
******
While Dylan made certain the fire was completely out, Brandon sat on the bed and began to take his shirt off. After he had undressed except for his shorts, he sat on the edge of the bed drawing back the covers. Moving toward the small part of the room that contained the bed, Dylan was once again taken aback by the youthful skin of his young friend. He must have been watching Brandon for quite some time before he realized it, because when he finally snapped out of his trance he looked up to see Brandon looking back at him. Still fearing that Dylan was upset with him and just didn’t know how to confront him, Brandon said nothing and waited for Dylan to get into bed. Undressing as fast as he could, intimidated by the youthfulness of his friend’s body, Dylan silently slipped into the opposite side of the bed as Brandon. As Dylan was drifting off to sleep, he could feel Brandon thrashing about obviously not able to sleep.
******
Dylan knew how demanding Preston Ashcot was with his employees, yet had no idea he placed the same demands on his sons, withholding approval and love until his definition of perfection had been realized which was impossible for any human being to achieve. He hated old man Ashcot though he never let it be known either by deeds or words for fear of losing the beloved ranch he had come to regard as his own. This new insight into old man Ashcot’s true self served only to heighten Dylan’s hatred of him. He had stripped his own son, the man that Dylan now loved, of his very soul. Dylan would do whatever he could to make Brandon feel loved, and he would try as best he could to restore his self-esteem. He also planned to do everything within his power to keep his young friend from having to deal with his father.
******
Dylan looked over at him lovingly, saw that he had stretched out across the entire bed, and asked somewhat jokingly, “Well, where am I supposed to sleep?” Brandon teased back, “Guess the only place is here on top of me.” As he said this he leaned up and pulled Dylan down on top of him. They wanted each other so much tonight in this Montana setting. They wanted each other forever. It was Brandon taking the lead, and Dylan let him, he would let Brandon do whatever he wanted with him. Brandon’s shirt was almost all the way off now and he rolled Dylan over so that now he was lying on top of him and began to unbutton his shirt. He undid each button slowly, and after each button he took Dylan’s head in his hands and kissed him. With the first button he kissed him on the forehead, with the second button on the nose, with the third button on Dylan’s upper lip lingering for a moment feeling Dylan’s mouth trying to meet his. Brandon slowly pulled back which made Dylan want him even more as he unbuttoned another button, then another, until finally all were unbuttoned.

EXCERPT:

Chris wanted to go all out for the parade. But knowing David's
reluctance in going at all, he had toned down his usual off-the-
wall indulgence. Leaving David to be the star of their show, he
had chosen a sidekick costume.
David looked him up and down before they left the house.
"Tonto?" he said. "Isn't that a little... un-pc?"
"Hey, my grandfather was one quarter Cree." Chris smoothed
a hand over his skintight buckskin. "Besides, you know what
kemo-sabe really means?"
    "I'm afraid to ask."
Chris smiled. He adjusted his beaded headband and hugged
David's bare arm to his chest. "Come on, husband, let's go wow
them."
It was barely sunset when they parked David's Chevy at the
Pacific Design Center and walked to Santa Monica Boulevard.
The usually teeming boulevard had been closed for the annual
festivities and now thronged with a different crowd. Rainbow-
hued pennants and flags stirred restlessly in the fading light.
David saw one California state flag that had been altered to depict
a bear in leather, sporting shades and a peaked leather cap. Music
pulsed from speakers set up outside clubs and bars; techno, hip-
hop and salsa vied for attention above the roar of the thousands
who filled the street.
David had heard the expression "not for the faint of heart,"
but he'd never experienced it literally. The throb of noise was a
physical assault, thrumming along his nerve endings and vibrating
behind his eyes. He felt light-headed and breathless. His leather
vest swung open and he wished he could have worn something
under it, but Chris had been adamant. Nothing but leather,
though he had conceded that jeans would have to be worn under
the chaps for decency.
Each costume was more outrageous than the last. A pair
of big-busted drag queens teetered down the street on six-inch
spikes, gargantuan boobs thrust out in front of their sequined
gowns. One had at least a foot of fire-red hair piled atop her
head; the other sported a green Afro the size of a beach ball.
A man who must have weighed three hundred pounds wore
nothing but a massive diaper and a pacifier stuffed in his mouth,
carrying a three-foot bottle shaped like a penis which he used to
squirt white foam over anyone who approached him.
Chris and David expected to meet Des at the Coffee Bean &
Tea Leaf. Six leather-clad men watched them approach, their eyes
raking David, studying and dismissing him in one cold sweep.
None of them wore an inch more leather than necessary to
remain legal. "You'd look hot if you took those jeans off," one
hirsute guy said.
"You can ride me anytime, cowboy," said a slender Asian in
a skintight angel suit. He stroked David's hip, ignoring Hirsute's
scowl. He would have done some more sampling, but Chris
pulled David away.
"Tramp," he sniffed, tugging David toward the door. "Come
on, there's a Moroccan Mint Latte with my name on it in there."
They entered the coffee house under the watchful gaze of a
pair of horse cops. The county Sheriff 's office had jurisdiction
over West Hollywood, so it was unlikely anyone would be out
tonight who would recognize David. He still felt as though they
registered him, and he read disapproval in their flat cop eyes.
He shrugged and followed Chris into the cafe.
The coffee house was standing room only. David bulled his
way to the counter, Chris trailing in his wake. Once he caught
the eye of a server, he got Chris's latte and a black coffee for
himself.
"Omigod, there's Des," Chris said and waved across the
packed room.
When Des broke through the crowd David couldn't help it.
He stared.
Des was always impeccably dressed; as the owner of an
upscale Beverly Hills clothing store it was part of his image.
     Not tonight.
Tonight he had donned a pair of skin-tight white pants that
rode so low his pubic hair would have shown if he hadn't shaved.
His slender, muscular--and equally hairless--chest was barely
covered with a tiny, white sleeveless vest. A mask covered the
top half of his dark face, but didn't conceal the crimson cat-eyed
contacts he wore. David stared hardest at the fine silver chain
that connected Des's pierced nipples to his belly button ring.
White and silver feathers dripped off Des's mask and two
cat ears perched atop his shaved head. Silver whiskers twitched
whenever he moved his mouth. He had draped a white cattail
over his left arm. He touched David's arm with diamond-strewn
nails that were nearly as long as his fingers.
"You look fabulous, David," Des said. He glanced at Chris.
"If we weren't such good friends, I'd give Chrissy a run for his
 money."
David laughed. "You look pretty good yourself--" He froze
when a second figure came up behind Des, possessively putting a
fur-covered arm around his bare shoulders.
Trevor had kept to the cat motif. Only he had chosen a tiger
outfit that did nothing to conceal a body that clearly saw a lot
of gym time. He was covered head to tail with black and orange
stripes that should have looked ridiculous instead of sexy and
dangerous. David was all too aware that a lot of appreciative eyes
followed Trevor as he embraced Chris and kissed him full on the
 mouth.
David and Des exchanged glances. Des looked amused. David
 fumed.
"You're still in town," David said when Trevor held out his
 hand. "Business must be good."
"Couldn't be better," Trevor said. He glanced affectionately at
Des. "I think I'll stay a while this time."
A trio of silked and sequined queens who had bathed in
uncomplimentary perfumes pressed against them as they tried to
get to the counter. David stopped breathing.
"Come on." He tugged Chris's arm. "Let's get out of here
before we get stomped to death."
Outside the streets were even more crowded. David was
surprised to see a number of families, complete with kids in tow,
moving through the sea of costumes. Tiny ghouls and cloaked
superheroes clung to their parents, goggle-eyed at the passing
parade of color and high camp. Uncostumed tourists captured it
all in digital memory; David could imagine the video shows they
would play when they went back home.
At least out here the air was breathable. He ignored the sweet
smell of marijuana that rode the breeze and the chemical reek
of poppers still used by some of the old habitues who hadn't
migrated to the more modern roofies or crystal meth. Atop the
smell of drugs the air was heavy with testosterone and adrenaline;
the crowd grew edgy with just a hint of suppressed violence
underlying the raucous laughter. On the fringes of the already
volatile crowd a few placard carrying protesters tried to ferment
dissension with God Hates Fags and Burn in Hell that were largely
ignored.
The horse cops were still there, and he spotted a couple
further down the street, keeping an eye on the protesters. They
were smart to use mounted units; a cop on foot wouldn't have
a hope in hell if the crowd turned. No doubt a few plainclothes
were working the scene, alert for anything out of the ordinary.
Tonight they would ignore the pot smokers and the drunks, their
job was to watch for signs things were turning ugly.
The four of them moved with the flow of the crowd.
Music boomed and shuddered around them. Some enterprising
bar owner had mounted several strobes, and they washed the
crowded streets with pulsating light. Crimson and green and
blinding white, they turned everything into a jittery kaleidoscope
of painted shadows and light.
The crowd carried them toward La Cienega. David found it
almost as interesting to watch Chris as it was to observe everyone
else around them. Chris flirted with everyone he met, running
from one costumed character to another like a kid experiencing
his first visit to Disneyland. He'd break out into a dance and haul
someone off the sidelines to join him. As long as he'd known
him, David had envied Chris his ability to grab life with both
hands. He never cared what other people thought or said.
David couldn't be that carefree. He still hated it when people
looked at him and muttered "faggot" under their breath.
Chris tucked his hand into David's back pocket. After a brief
hesitation, David responded by draping his arm over Chris's
shoulder. They passed a stage that had been set up by a local
radio station where a costume-judging contest drew a raucous
 throng.
Beyond the stage an alley posted with prominent "No
Parking" signs cut between two dark businesses. Over the hip-
hop beat from the stage, David heard the deep roar of a large
motorcycle engine. The restless crowd pushed them along; they
passed the mouth of the alley.

I Choose Us, by Shannon Pearce

INTRO:
Jason was surprised to hear that Daniel’s life was less than ideal. He had always seemed happy when they were together. Inviting Daniel to his cabin for a weekend, Jason learns of Daniel’s troubled life and also learns much more about himself. They were more than friends now, though exactly what they were to each other neither was sure. At All Romance ebooks, 1Romance ebooks.

EXCERPT:
Jason looked over at Daniel and thought that his wife must have lost her mind. Daniel was so good to her, and he was gorgeous. In his mid thirties, like Jason, the years had been a friend to him. His body was strong and lean in its six foot frame, with strong muscular thighs. Jason was a few inches shorter, but with about the same build. The only really noticeable difference between them was their hair color. Jason’s hair was straight and thick, with a mass of dark hair on his arms and legs, and everywhere else on his body. Daniel’s hair was lighter, curly, with little hair on his body. Daniel had a wonderful sense of humor, and he and Jason had always had a great time together. They both loved life and both loved to laugh, and since the night of Daniel’s birthday they had enjoyed a closeness that both had needed in their life.
******
Jason woke after just a couple of hours and looked over at Daniel. He was sleeping soundly, and Jason looked at his naked body. His chest didn’t have nearly the amount of hair that Jason’s had, and his nipples were large, and Jason had a sudden urge to kiss them and suck the supple buds until they were hard, but he didn’t. He didn’t want to wake him. He looked at Daniel’s fluffy bush that surrounded a semi-erect penis. His balls were quite large and looked full and heavy again. Jason stared at Daniel’s cock and wondered what it would be like to suck it. He didn’t want to upset Daniel but they had gotten close last night, closer than any two men he knew. As he continued to stare, his curiosity got the best of him.
******
Jason was sound asleep when the key turned in the lock. Daniel walked in, locked the door behind him, and set down his three suitcases in the living room. It was after ten and after the long weekend, he thought that Jason was probably asleep since it was so quiet. Daniel took his suitcases to Jason’s guest bedroom and made himself at home. I’ll talk to him in the morning, he said to himself. Daniel stripped down to his underwear and got into bed. Then he began to think about this weekend and how much he and Jason had shared. He got out of bed and looked in at Jason sleeping in his bed. He was sleeping soundly with an occasional snoring sequence. The covers were off and his naked form was beautiful. Daniel had been too distracted this weekend by his own problems to notice just how gorgeous his friend was. His mouth that had kissed him so gently, yet somewhat passionately, was perfect, and those lips that had brought him the sexual release that he had definitely needed were parted just enough to make Daniel want to kiss them and part them even more. The rise and fall of Jason’s chest with his breathing brought his nipples to Daniel’s attention, and he wanted to place his lips on them too.

Galveston Nights, by BK Wright

INTRO:Quentin is happy with his life of solitude, having shielded himself as best he could from his past. When he meets a young man on the beach who shares his passions, Quentin realizes that he misses having someone special in his life, but is hesitant to tear down the invisible walls he has so carefully built as an emotional shield. His former lover was murdered because he was gay, and had saved Quentin from the same sure death. When his past becomes part of his present, Quentin’s desire to love again must somehow overcome his fear and guilt from his past. At 1Romance ebooks and All Romance ebooks.

EXCERPT:
Ely was almost too good to be true, thought Quentin. He was beginning to feel the effects of the wine himself, and wine always made him hornier than any other drink. He motioned for Ely to sit with him on the bed which was also huge. It was perfectly round, which Quentin explained was because that was the shape of the world, and also because it had no end and no beginning just as he hoped his love for someone would be someday, as well as hopefully would be reciprocated. Ely sat down on the bed next to Quentin. Simply being near Ely made Quentin’s heart beat rapidly. Ely hadn’t had much wine, but not being much of a drinker was feeling its effects nonetheless. Quentin took Ely’s glass and set it and his own on the table next to the bed. He took Ely’s hands in his and kissed him lightly on the lips. He was hoping that Ely wouldn’t pull away, but feared that he would. Ely didn’t pull away.
******
Quentin lay beside Ely so that they were facing each other. Quentin loved Ely, or thought he did. He had been in relationships in the past that did not last, but was determined to make this one work. If Ely would have him, he would be his to the end. He wanted to ask Ely how he felt about him, but was afraid of the answer. Although he was just a few years older than Ely, Quentin had had so much more experience with relationships. This was the first real relationship Ely had known, and Quentin hoped that it would be the last. “Ely?” asked Quentin. “Yes?” Ely replied. “You know I care about you a lot, don’t you?” “Yes, I think I do,” remarked Ely.
******
At this point Quentin somehow gathered the strength to sit up. He struggled to get Ely off of him, though clearly Ely had the advantage position with the ability to leverage himself against the bed. “Ely, what have you done?!” Quentin demanded. “I told you what would happen to me if I tried to get help here. You didn’t call an ambulance, did you?” “No, no Quentin. I didn’t. Please lie back down. Please stay calm.” Ely was pleading with him now. “Not until you tell me what you have done, Ely. Did you tell anyone?” “Quentin, I called my mother who will be here soon. But she understands, Quentin. I told her I was gay. I’m sure she assumes you are too. She knows people in the Northeast, as I told you earlier. Trust me, Quentin. Let her help.” “Ely, you fool. People always say they understand and can help, then turn on you when you are gay. You don’t understand what has happened to me.” Quentin was shaking visibly now, and Ely had no idea how to calm him. “I’m sorry, Quentin. I didn’t know what you might do to yourself. I needed the help. Please trust me on this one.” The apology seemed to help somewhat. Quentin began to relax. “What choice do I have, huh? You may have ruined me, Ely.”

Extraordinary Desires, by BK Wright

“All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.” Shakespeare’s words resonated through Curt like never before. In his first role as leading man, Curt quickly discovers that life truly does imitate art. Focused on his own glory, Curt soon realizes that through his acting he gives hope to one who has little. Luke has been victimized by organized religion, an institution which boasts as its leaders those who are ordained to satisfy their sexual urges and desires as they choose. Through Luke, Curt’s character quickly becomes real. It is through this leading role that Curt meets the only man who can satisfy his own sexual hunger, and who loves with a selflessness that Curt has never known. Together, these two men build a community for Luke and other boys and girls like him. Shunned by the heterosexual community, it is the gay community that shows these young people that they can not only survive, but thrive. At All Romance ebooks, 1Romance ebooks.

EXCERPT:
Curt fell asleep early that night, but awoke to the sound of tapping on his door. He was up and almost in the shower before he realized it was only 2:00 a.m. and that this was a day he was not needed on the set. So who is tapping on my door, he wondered? Curt opened the door to find a young man of seventeen, maybe eighteen, his eyes wide with fear. “Can I help you?” asked Curt. “Um, I just wanted you to know that I like watching you. I come here every day,” the scared voice said. On any given day Curt would see ten to twenty people watching them rehearse. Some of the actors didn’t like the onlookers, but Curt found that it made him work harder knowing that his performance was being critiqued by the ultimate critics. “Thanks, kid,” Curt replied, but sensed the kid might be troubled. He seemed scared of something or someone. I’ve been researching my character too much, Curt thought. “So, what brings you here in the middle of the night?” “I, um, I’ll see you tomorrow,” he said, and started off. “Hey there, wait,” Curt said, and stepped outside to stop the boy. “Come on in for awhile. You shouldn’t be out in the dark.” The boy followed Curt inside and stood just inside the door.
******
Curt walked into the bar which was very busy, and ordered the drink he had needed for days, and then another. When he was halfway through his second drink, the bartender asked if he had been to the new steam room yet. “No, I haven’t,” Curt answered, a little confused. “Check it out, on the house,” he offered. “It really loosens you up,” he added. Curt was more than curious now. He finished his drink and headed to the steam room. Curt walked into a room with a very inviting whirlpool with its shooting jets of water making the water bubble. The room was very well decorated and very clean, with a sign that read, “No clothing allowed.” Curt had no problem with that. The water was warm as Curt lowered himself until he was seated in front of one of the jets. The water felt good on his stiff muscles. The roar of the jets and the bubbling water blocked out any intrusive sounds, and were lulling Curt into a very relaxing state. He closed his eyes and leaned his head back against the side of the pool. In his dreamlike state, Curt did not hear the door open, nor did he hear the man walk in and join him naked in the pool. The man watched Curt as the buoyancy of the water bobbed his body up and then back down in the water. The man stood in the water, watching and waiting for Curt’s erection to take shape.
******
Luke sat with his friends who were all willing to do everything for him. Daniel asked Curt to sit with him alone. He had to explain the kiss that he had thought about since its occurrence. “Curt, I’m sorry for what I did last night. It was very forward and I should not have allowed it to happen.” Curt at first thought that he was referring to Luke’s abduction until he mentioned the part about being forward. “Oh, no problem, Daniel. No harm, no foul.” Curt smiled as he lifted another mouthful of the delicious hotcakes to his lips. He had forgotten that he hadn’t eaten dinner last night. He was famished. Daniel watched Curt as he devoured the cakes. As drops of syrup lingered on Curt’s lips, Daniel had to fight the urge to lick them off. Curt was oblivious to Daniel’s stares. He was too hungry to notice.
******
When they returned to the center, Daniel invited Curt to his cottage which he shared with no one. They talked about everything. They laughed at each other’s jokes, and both were surprised at the level of comfort they felt with each other. Curt loved Daniel’s cottage. Daniel had great taste and was quite the decorator. They drank a little more wine until Daniel could wait no longer to kiss Curt’s wine wetted lips. He took Curt’s glass from him. He leaned his head back on the sofa they were sharing. To Daniel’s surprise, Curt was the one who made the first move. He placed his hands on the sofa on either side of Daniel, leaned in and kissed his slightly parted lips. Curt’s kisses were filled with hunger, a hunger that Curt had until now been unaware. Curt could not stop kissing Daniel, did not want to stop kissing Daniel. Curt straddled Daniel and rested on his legs. He kissed hungrily, their bodies pressed against each other. Curt’s erection was full and pressed against Daniel’s equally full erection. Curt wanted Daniel. He wanted to make love to him, not just have sex with him. Curt began to unbutton Daniel’s shirt as he continued to kiss him. With Daniel’s shirt open, Curt teased his nipples to hardness, a sensation that Daniel found very erotic. Curt whispered, “Come with me.” Daniel took his hand and followed him to the bed.
******
When Curt did not accompany the two boys back inside the center, Daniel came out and sat beside Curt. He put his arm around Curt. “You did a good thing, buddy.” “I know, Daniel. These kids mean more to me than I realized.” “Kinda sneaks up on you, buddy, and before you know it, these kids are your life,” Daniel agreed with him. “And what a good life it is, Curt! What a good life it is!”

They weren’t shy about telling Pierce of their attraction to him, especially after they had come back from one of the many wine shops and feeling very uninhibited. Pierce wasn’t interested, for the most part. He had never been one for one night stands. He had only been with one woman, his money hungry wife, and was not interested in doing that again. There was one other relationship he had had in college, but had never spoken of since. He had had a sexual relationship with his roommate, Jeff.
******
Pierce spoke softly and sadly as he told of his expected life, and then he was either brave enough or had had just enough to drink to not care what he said and he went on to tell Mitch all about Jeff. “I guess our friendship went a little too far, huh?” He looked at Mitch for signs of disapproval, but saw only understanding on his face. Pierce continued. “We had so much fun, Jeff and I, perhaps because we knew we were living on borrowed time.” “Or perhaps, you truly loved each other.” Mitch took Pierce’s hand and held it in his as he said this. Then he took Pierce’s empty glass and set both back on the nightstand. He leaned over Pierce and held his face in his hands. Pierce closed his eyes, and offered his mouth to Mitch. Mitch gently touched his lips to Pierce’s and kissed him softly, opening Pierce’s mouth with his own.
******
Pierce awoke when the sun came streaming in the east window as it made its slow climb up and over Mount Olympus. He stretched, and looked over at Mitch still sleeping. Then the memories of last night quickly came to him when he realized he was naked from the waist down. Mitch sure did know how to give a blow job. Pierce felt great. He felt exhilarated, just as he had after he and Jeff had given each other that welcome release following a night of pretense with their predetermined wives-to-be. He hadn’t felt sexually aroused since Jeff, until last night with Mitch. Although he hadn’t known Mitch very long, it seemed as if they had been friends for a long time. They had hit if off from the start, just as he and Jeff had hit it off so many years ago.
******
While Mitch was doing laps, Pierce quickly took his clothes off and allowed the warmth of the water to swirl around him as he slowly made his way in to where it reached him mid chest. The feel of the water was exhilarating, Mitch was right about that. The swirling water combined with the sweet wine he had had were also very arousing. He could see Mitch’s silhouette as he swam from one end of the pool to the other, and what Pierce saw he liked. Mitch’s nakedness was a definite turn-on for Pierce. The roundness of his supple ass as it just barely reached the water’s surface before disappearing beneath again and again made Pierce dizzy with desire. He liked Mitch’s body.

Playing Doctor, by BK Wright

INTRO:
Kenton Weston is living the dream. He is a very well respected member of the Philadelphia medical society, a transplant surgeon, and young. What Kenton does not have is someone with whom to share his life. Kenton is gay and knows that “coming out” could hurt his medical career, but if he ever hopes to have a meaningful relationship he may have to take a chance. When Kenton meets the father of a patient, he thinks he has met the man of his dreams; that is, until he falls in love with the man’s son. At 1Romance ebooks, All Romance ebooks.

EXCERPT:
If there was one thing that was missing in the life of Kenton Weston, it was someone special with whom to share his life. He had placed his outside interests on hold for so long that he had almost forgotten what they where. Concerned for his social life or lack thereof, many of Kenton’s former fellow students and now colleagues had offered to “fix him up” with a special woman they knew. What they didn’t know, and what he Kenton had chosen never to divulge to any of them, was that Kenton was gay. His last relationship was with a young man during his undergraduate days.
******
Kenton returned five hours later to a sleeping Michael. He walked quietly into the room just to be sure that Michael was really sleeping. As he neared Michael’s sleeping body, Kenton stopped. Michael was sleeping on his side, with his backside exposed. Kenton stared at Michael’s back, then at his long legs that to Kenton were gorgeous, and nestled between Michael’s back and legs was the most luscious ass that Kenton had ever seen. The two round mounds were separated by a crevice so inviting that Kenton had to back away to avoid taking these mounds in his hands, and more. Michael’s legs were parted just enough to allow Kenton a view of his balls which lay between them. Kenton felt feelings emerge that he thought had died years ago. He wanted those balls in his mouth. He wanted Michael.
******
The shower was running and from the door of his room he could see Kenton’s nude silhouette behind the glass doors. He was beautiful. He had such a nice backside that seemed to be beckoning for Michael’s touch. Did he dare walk in uninvited? Michael undressed completely, and opened the shower door. Kenton’s back was to him. Michael walked in far enough so that the water poured over his body. The shower was huge and the water felt good against his skin, but Kenton would feel even better. Kenton’s head was tilted upward as Michael walked up behind him. He slowly placed his arms around Kenton and placed his hands on his chest. Kenton jumped just a little, and then relaxed. Kenton placed his hands over Michael’s. Then he turned his head toward his shoulder where Michael’s mouth was eagerly awaiting their first kiss. Kenton leaned back offering his mouth to Michael.
******
Kenton and Jeff remained as they were, each holding the other, feeling the same feelings, though neither thinking the same thoughts. Jeff was feeling so much love for Kenton and thinking about their wonderful future together. Kenton was feeling love for Jeff, but thinking of the harm that could come from this relationship, hurting both of them. After several minutes had passed, Kenton lifted his head from Jeff’s shoulder and kissed his cheek. Slowly he moved his lips toward Jeff’s eagerly awaiting mouth and when his lips met Jeff’s, he kissed them gently and lovingly. He kept his eyes closed. He needed to know if his feelings for Jeff were as real as he thought they were or if his attraction to Jeff was solely based on age, as Kenton knew his strong attraction to younger men.
******
Kenton’s eyes met Jeff’s now open eyes, and in those eyes Kenton saw clearly the look of youth but also the look of maturity, a knowing look. Kenton did not see doubt in those eyes. In those eyes Kenton saw the look of love, and felt his own heart begin to beat faster. He bent down and kissed Jeff’s welcoming lips. Although Jeff’s hands were being held down by Kenton’s, his ability to love was in no way compromised. Jeff kissed Kenton with the complete abandon that is known only to those whose memories did not register past loves lost. Kenton welcomed such a lover and as he continued to enjoy the love freely given by Jeff’s lips, Kenton could not deny his heart its strongest desire. Kenton was in love with Jeff.

A Foreign Affair, by BK Wright

INTRO:
A job upstate during semester break introduces Kang to a world unfamiliar to him and also introduces him to Braden, a man to whom he would like to become much more familiar. While working with Braden in his veterinary practice, and living in Braden’s home, Kang’s feelings soon become much more than lust. Kang knows he must return to Beijing after school, but cannot imagine life without Braden. There is only one man who can help Kang now, the same man who can hurt him if Kang does not give in to his demands.

EXCERPT:
As they pulled into the driveway, Braden was excited to show Kang his beloved farm house that his grandfather had built. Kang thought it was beautiful, as they came closer to the house, and Braden turned off the engine. Kang had never seen such detailed architecture, nor had he ever seen a house this old that had been this well preserved. It was much larger than Kang had expected, with a porch that wrapped around all but a very small part of the house in the back. There were two porch swings facing each other at either end at the front of the house which looked like something out of an old movie. So lost was Kang in the wonder of this magnificent abode that he didn’t even hear Braden suggest they go in. “Kang,” he said again. This time Kang snapped out of his trance. “Oh, I’m sorry, Braden. I was admiring your home which is extraordinary.” “Let me show you the inside of it,” Braden offered, feeling very good about having someone appreciate this home that he loved.
******
Braden thought Kang was a very attractive young man, and wondered if he had a girlfriend back at school. He loved the beauty of Kang’s skin that looked so smooth, his brown eyes with their slight squint, and his straight shiny black hair that complemented his facial features perfectly. He was tall for someone of Chinese descent, or so Braden thought, and guessed him to be around five feet nine inches, just a few inches shorter than his own six feet. Suddenly, Braden felt his heart beat faster. He realized suddenly exactly why he wanted Kang to be happy here. He was attracted to him, and the more he thought about him this way the more he found himself wanting him. He wanted to feel that perfect skin against his own. He wanted to feel Kang’s naked body against his own. He closed his eyes and tried to get these thoughts to leave, but they were here to stay.
******
As he reached the top of the staircase, through the door of Kang’s room that had been left slightly ajar Braden could see the beauty of Kang’s skin and the perfect physique of his young friend as he slowly undressed. Braden didn’t mean to stare, but found that his feet would not move. He stood and watched as Kang’s shirt was pulled up over his head, and the color and contours of his back made Braden feel a tightening of his jeans as a hard-on was begging for attention. He watched as Kang unzipped his own jeans, and slid them along with his briefs over his tight young ass. As he bent over to remove them, Braden wanted to have that ass in his hands, caressing it, squeezing it, and feeling his now extremely erect hard-on enter that dark space that would bring them both so much pleasure. He could just barely see Kang’s balls as they hung down between his slightly spread legs, as his jeans and shorts were no longer a part of his entirely naked body. At that point Kang stretched once and walked a few steps forward to climb into bed.
******
“I hope you don’t mind, but I called my friend from back home, you know the one, and he has changed his name from Wong to an American one, Ken,” Braden heard the excitement in Kang’s voice loud and clear, and found himself feeling a bit threatened. He loved Kang, but was Kang too young to actualize a mature love? He sincerely hoped not. “Oh, no, I don’t mind the call,” Braden lied. “How is your friend?” “He’s fine. He’s going to school at NYU studying economics.” “Oh, how nice,” Braden lied again. “I was wondering if I could go see him in the city for a couple of days.” Braden was afraid of this. He was afraid of losing Kang. “You know you’re free to do as you please, Kang. I would never keep you from doing something you want to do. I love you too much for that.” Braden sat down beside Kang and took his hand in his as he spoke. “Thank you, Braden,” Kang said in return. “Do you want me to take the bus into the city? I’d like to go tomorrow and Tuesday, if that’s okay.” The suddenness of the trip surprised Braden, and made him more than just a little uneasy.
******
The phone rang at least twenty times before Kang’s friend answered, sounding sleepy, and also so drunk he was slurring his words. “Who wants to know?” was the answer to Braden’s question regarding Kang’s whereabouts. “This is Braden Wright, a friend of Kang,” he answered. “Oh, you,” he said, with Braden having no idea what to think of this man’s irritated tone. “He was here, left the very next morning, Tuesday, that’s right, it was Tuesday.” Then he laughed. Now Braden was really upset. “Well, do you know where he is, or why he left so soon?” Braden almost screamed at this obviously drunk man. “Don’t know where, but know why. Your f-r-i-e-n-d turned down my very lucrative business offer.” Ken hung up then, leaving Braden both worried sick about Kang, as well as pissed as hell at the flippant attitude of this man who Kang had thought was his friend. Now how am I going to find Kang? What has happened to him? He laid his head down on his desk.
******
Braden was replaying his phone conversation with Kang over and over in his mind, but still could make no sense of any part of it. Braden heard a car pull up and stop, which snapped him immediately out of his daze. He rushed to the front of the clinic, and was surprised that it was Kang so soon. It had only been two hours since they had talked, and Braden was thankful that Kang had been able to find a cab so soon, and also that he hadn’t forgotten what to do, as he had seemed so out-of-it on the phone. Braden rushed out the door to pay the driver, and to help Kang with his things. When he opened Kang’s door, however, he encountered a much different Kang than had left here. His eyes told a story of deep anguish and detachment, and he was disheveled. He tried to get out of the car, but found that his legs would not hold him. Braden quickly helped Kang to his feet, and could feel the weakness. He needed Braden to support him entirely. Kang tried to lower himself to the ground out of fear of falling, but Braden stopped him. “Let’s go home,” Braden said, and scooped Kang up into his arms and carried him to his truck. He carefully lowered Kang to his feet, holding him to his own body, realizing that Kang’s body was a weak and emaciated vessel. Braden carefully placed Kang into the truck, laying him down gently. On the way home, Braden continuously wiped tears from his face just seeing his precious Kang this way. What happened to you, Kang? What in the hell happened?

The Ritual, by B.J. Scott

INTRO:Loy knew that he should never pick up a hitchhiker, but it was raining and the man looked harmless. When the rain began to beat down in sheets and the road turned to mud, Loy’s old reliable car began to sputter. He had no choice but to stop at the house that was home to the hitchhiker, and the man had been nice enough to invite him to what he called “The Ritual.” All Romance ebooks, 1Romance ebooks, 1Erotica ebooks.

EXCERPT:
Loy struggled with his old, usually reliable car, but it seemed as if the car didn’t want to turn toward the house. Loy cranked the wheel hard and the car finally gave in. “Some are harder to break than others, but they all have their breaking point,” KC said, looking straight ahead. The lane was long and winding, but at least it was not made of mud. Strangely, the road was paved now, but Loy’s car still did not want to cooperate. It sputtered and slowed as they neared the old house that looked like something from a horror movie. The house was covered with thick moss and vines and overgrown hedges and trees. It was run down, at least on the outside. KC then said to Loy, “Better come on in. You’ll never get out of here tonight. We’re having a party tonight, the ritual. You haven’t been to the ritual yet, have you?”
******
The men that were once silhouettes now became real and they passed by Loy, looking at him and watching as KC played with Loy’s balls. Some of the men reached out and tried to touch Loy, but KC slapped their hands away. KC whispered seductively to Loy, “No one touches you without my consent.” Loy’s cock was begging to be touched now, as was evident by the drop that glistened on the head of his hard pole. A man with a youthful athletic build wearing a thin clothed thong approached. KC whispered once again to Loy, “I want him to touch you.” The man came closer and stopped right in front of Loy. The man looked at KC, then at Loy, and then at KC again. KC nodded to the man.
******
KC spun Loy around and pulled him to his body with his hands on Loy’s ass. “Kiss me,” he commanded. Loy leaned down and met KC’s lips and kissed him deeply. KC sucked Loy’s tongue into his mouth and enjoyed the taste and feel of it. He pushed Loy’s tongue back out and held his lips on Loy’s for a long last minute before releasing them. “Get dressed,” he ordered Loy. KC put his clothes on too, and walked Loy up the stairs and to the front door. “Thanks for the lift,” KC said. Loy smiled at him, and opened the door.

The Company Dad Kept, by BK Wright

INTRO:Maxwell Turner has spent a lifetime building a company that his son will one day inherit, and has spent his son’s lifetime keeping a secret from him. Maxwell is gay and has been living with the love of his life for the past three years, a man who gave up everything to be with him, and the one man Maxwell could never live without. When Maxwell’s son discovers that his father is gay, he vows to rid the company that is rightfully his of every “fag”, beginning with his own father. Distraught by his son’s attitude, Maxwell regrets having kept his secret all these years, and is now faced with decisions he was not prepared to make. At All Romance ebooks and 1Romance ebooks.

EXCERPT:
Maxwell was greeted by a kiss as he was joined on the deck. “Good morning, Max. What time does Nick’s plane come in?” “Three this afternoon.” “I will make one of my gourmet meals then.” “That would be wonderful. Thank you.” Just then the phone rang, and Maxwell went inside to answer it. He returned to the deck and said, “Well, Nick’s arrival couldn’t have come at a better time. I need to go to the office for a little while. If Nick calls, tell him I’ll pick him up at the airport.” “Will do, and I will see you later.” “I’ll stop by before I leave for the airport,” Max assured.

Chauncey wasn’t afraid to love. Chauncey had taken Max every way imaginable, and Max had never left their bed unsatisfied. Chauncey was between Max’s legs now, moving them apart further, as he helped himself to Max’s body. One touch from Chauncey and Max’s body responded with complete submission. “That’s my lover,” he said, and placed his big thick tongue between Max’s legs, holding his butt cheeks apart. Chauncey forced his warm wet tongue between Max’s butt cheeks so that the very tip could tease Max’s hole. “Ohh,” Max groaned, as he always did when Chauncey played with his hole. He entered Max with just the tip of his tongue before moving upward, pressing on the satiny smoothness beneath Max’s balls which caused the first drop to show itself at the very tip of Max’s penis. Max moaned for this most giving lover, and enjoyed the senses that Chauncey was awakening in him once again. Chauncey lifted each of Max’s heavy cum filled balls onto his thick flat tongue and into his moisture filled mouth. “Mmm,” he hummed, causing more drops to fall on Max’s skin. “I’ve not been good to my Max,” Chauncey said, as he lifted the other ball. “They should never be allowed to get this heavy. We wouldn’t want an unexpected explosion.” Max loved Chauncey’s humor, even in bed.
******
The alarm went off the next morning and Max reached out and pushed the button. “Now this is the way to wake up,” Chauncey said, still on him and still in him. He turned Max’s head and kissed him on the lips. “Morning, baby,” he said. He kissed his neck with slow kisses. Max was already hard. The very touch of Chauncey excited him now. No seduction was necessary, though Max didn’t mind at all. He loved Chauncey, and felt lucky to have him. Max thrust up against Chauncey, whose rod was still inside him and hard again. “Mm, you’ve got something for me, baby?” “I might,” Max teased. Chauncey reached underneath Max and found what he wanted. “There it is. Time to go, buddy.” He stroked Max and thrust his penis inside him, as if they had never stopped last night. Almost every morning began like this, and Max loved the feel of this man in him and on him.
******
Nick looked at the sheets on each member and each executive. Max watched as Nick studied each one. “The personal information on some of these employees intrigues me, Dad.” “Why is that, Nick?” “Well, like these two, same address, come on, Dad, I’m not stupid. And, here are two more. This one is questionable, if you know what I mean.” Max was stunned at Nick’s comments. “What do you mean, Nick?” “Let me make myself clear, Dad. There will be no place for fags in my company.” “With all due respect, son, Turner Tech Group is not your company. It is still mine.” “A matter of time and paperwork, Dad, that’s all.”
******
The next morning they were on a company jet to New York City. They were staying in the heart of Manhattan in a suite that Chauncey had booked, overlooking Central Park. “It’s beautiful, Chauncey, but if I’m not mistaken this is a honeymoon suite.” “Yes it is, but to us it is a pre-honeymoon suite. Champagne and strawberries right here.” Chauncey picked up a strawberry and pulled Max to him, dangling the strawberry so that it just touched his lips. Max pulled the strawberry with his lips into his mouth. “Lucky little strawberry,” Chauncey said, with envy. He kissed Max again, opening his mouth, and licking the strawberry. Then he stopped and poured the champagne. “Yes, that is one lucky strawberry,” he said, and licked his lips.

BLURB:
Once a month, the Hunt begins ...

Hartley and his sister are cervidae, human in form with deer-like features. They're coming home from a late movie and only have a few moments before midnight strikes. When the Hunt starts. Hartley knows he's tempting fate and urges Giselle to run.

Almost silent in the darkness, a pair of felidae ~ half-human, half-lion ~ stalk their prey. The lioness, Leanna, chases after Hartley, closing in for the kill, while her cousin Tau races behind her, eager to catch the buck first.

But something more than bloodlust runs through his veins tonight. He's hungry for Hartley, yes, but Tau desires him for more than just a quick meal. He wants to claim the buck as his own.

Can the shadowed alleys of downtown Richmond hide this forbidden animal attraction?

EXCERPT:
They've reached the end of Ellwood's residential stretch. The buck turns, trying to throw off his predators, and hurries down Nansemond in the direction of Cary Street. Tau and Leanna follow, curving their paths to cut across the street with barely any sound. The wind is loud in Tau's ears, as is the beat of his heart, but he can't hear his own breath and his paws are noiseless over the concrete. Beside him, Leanna moves as quietly as a shadow in the night. The buck glances back, sees them on his tail, and somehow finds a burst of speed that sends him skittering down the street with renewed energy.

As he nears Carytown, overhead lights push back the night and Tau catches his first real glimpse of the buck. His shoes clatter like hooves among loose stones and gravel, and his short antlers look like polished bones in the sudden white light. Seeing him emerge from the darkness makes Tau's bloodlust surge and he leaps ahead, alongside Leanna now, right at the buck's heels. In the glance their prey throws over one shoulder, Tau sees exhaustion and fear etched into that young, handsome face. Soon you'll be mine, he promises silently, a hungry grin pulling at his lips. His whole body aches with anticipation.

Before he reaches Cary Street, the buck changes direction and races for a cluster of brick buildings nestled on the corner. A burger joint, a tea shop, a hair salon, an optician's office. The buildings bump up behind the back of a Scientology center on one side, a bank on the other. The whole little island shares a parking lot with a pharmacy and a grocery store. At this time of the evening, all of the buildings and the parking lot are empty. Where the buck thinks he might be going, Tau can't imagine.

He lets out a little laugh that sounds sinister in the otherwise silent night. He can't help it. They have the buck cornered.

Leanna hurries ahead as the buck slips into a narrow alley separating two of the buildings. Tau is two steps behind her. In the close confines, he smells fear, sweat, and musky cologne. The mingled scent grabs his balls in a fierce grip and refuses to let go. In a low growl, he says, "Leanna, go."

She ignores him, instead advancing on alley's dead end against which the buck trembles. Drawing back her lips as if in a hiss, she breathes in his scent and bares her fangs, the whiskers on her cheeks aquiver in delight. "I was here first."

Anger surges in Tau. He lurches forward, pushing her aside as he roars in displeasure. The sound threatens to tear the night in two, it's so loud in the tight alley. With one large hand on the buck's chest to hold his prey still, Tau whirls on his cousin and shoves her away, toward the alley's mouth and the night beyond. "Mine!" he thunders. "Leave him to me."

Brothers-in-Law, by Shannon Pearce

INTRO:
Chance had made them brothers-in-law, and time together had made them friends and confidantes, with a palpable sexual tension between them which was always carefully cloaked in friendly banter. Since Andy’s divorce from the sister of Kevin’s wife, the two brothers-in-law have not seen each other nearly as much as they once had, and both missed this time together. With Kevin’s wife out of town for the weekend, the two brothers-in-law will now have a chance to catch up.

EXCERPT:

Andy had been in a relationship with a man before he had married his wife, having considered himself to be bisexual. But after being married for awhile, he realized that he was gay. He had been willing to stay with his wife, but she knew that neither of them would ever be happy. Instead of continuing their charade of a marriage, they had parted ways several months ago. Andy had loved spending time with Kevin, though, hanging out and stuff, and missed getting together with him like they had when he was married to Kevin’s wife’s sister. He would often fantasize about taking Kevin, seeing him naked, sucking his cock, but had known better than to take that first step. Andy knew that Kevin was much too straight-laced to even consider being with a man, but had always fantasized about what it would be like to get inside his pants.
******
Andy finally turned off the television and went to bed. He left the door open a little, not thinking anything of it, and began stripping off his clothes. He was laying his pants on the chair, naked now, and didn’t see Kevin standing in the door way. “Nice view,” Kevin said, and Andy nearly jumped out of his skin. “I thought you were asleep,” he said in startled response. Andy didn’t try to cover himself, however, but returned Kevin’s smart remark. “Aren’t you a little overdressed?” Andy had thought about asking Kevin to come kiss him goodnight, but then thought better of it. He couldn’t help but notice and stare at the bulge in Kevin’s shorts. Neither of them said anything, and neither of them moved, but both continued to stare at the other awaiting the next move.
******
Lying in bed with the man he had fantasized about was almost too much for Andy. He didn’t dare do anything, did he? Kevin would freak. Andy let his left leg bump against Kevin’s under the covers to test the waters, so to speak. He didn’t move away, nor did he say anything. “If your wife could see you now, this would be really hard to explain,” Andy said, and looked over at Kevin. Andy continued. “I’d better go back. I’m pretty tired.” Andy kept waiting for Kevin to say something, but he didn’t. He just continued to look at Andy. Andy knew Kevin too well and had known him for too long to think that he was going to make the first move. That would never happen.
******
When Andy awoke the next morning, Kevin was not lying next to him. Andy got up and heard the shower. He walked slowly into Kevin’s bathroom and could see the silhouette of his beautiful naked body. Did he dare join him? He wanted to, but didn’t know how Kevin might feel about last night. Andy turned and started to leave the bathroom when the shower door opened. Kevin’s hand was on his arm, and Andy felt himself being pulled into the shower. Then he felt the wet tiles of the shower on his back and Kevin’s body pressed against his. At first, Andy feared he might be killed right there by his own brother-in-law. Kevin looked at him, the water beating down and clouding his view of Andy’s face.

Haven at Harvey Milk High, by S. Wales

A Beau to Beau young adult story, by S. Wales, of Beau to Beau books of Male Love

INTRO:
Disowned by his parents for being gay, Seth has nowhere to turn until an Internet search uncovers a haven of sorts in New York City. Seth then makes the call that will change his life forever. Alone and scared, Seth must learn to trust a stranger who introduces him to a whole new world, one in which he can not only survive, but thrive. http://www.beautobeau.com, All Romance ebooks

EXCERPT:
Seth had never seen such tall buildings as he was seeing now, and was unaccustomed to apartment buildings with doormen. He had heard that that was how people lived in New York City, but back home people lived in houses. “Here we are,” Greg said, as he opened the door to his apartment in the sky. It was like a house, just way up high. Before Seth could look around, there was a knock on Greg’s door and a young man with two bags walked in. “Hi Seth, I’m David. I’m in your class at school. I brought some clothes from the school and some of my own too.” Turning to Greg, he said, “Looks like I chose the right ones, Greg. Seth and I are just about the same size.” Seth didn’t say anything.
******
We are fortunate to have very generous people who are more than willing to give not just money and material things, but also their time and advice. Many of them have been where you are, Seth.” Greg held both of Seth’s hands as he said this. Seth lowered his eyes, but Greg continued to talk. “I work as a financial planner, Seth. I graduated from Columbia University a few years ago, after I graduated from Harvey Milk High just as you will do. I was you, Seth, not so long ago.”
******
Seth didn’t mean to stare, but the couples looked so in love. “Sweet,” he said in a whisper. Patrick heard it. He lifted his head off of Seth’s shoulder and they were face to face. Seth looked into Patrick’s bright blue eyes and wanted to kiss him, but was too shy. Patrick wasn’t shy. His lips lightly touched Seth’s, as if they were seeking approval for the kiss. Seth did not withdraw from the brush of Patrick’s lips. Patrick stopped dancing and kissed Seth’s lips, opening Seth’s mouth a little. He held Seth tighter as he deepened the kiss, opening Seth’s mouth just enough to run his tongue along the inner edge of his lips.
******
He wanted Patrick, but had never been this far, and had never thought about being where he was without the cloak of shame clouding his thoughts. He allowed Patrick to move his legs apart, and heard himself gasp again as he ran his hands along Seth’s legs. Patrick kissed Seth’s inner thigh from his knee to very near his groin, first on the left leg, and then on the right. Seth unknowingly placed his hand over his hard penis as the clouds of shame came over him again. Patrick looked at Seth. His face registered desire and pleasure, and Patrick continued. He kissed each of Seth’s fingers that had clasped what had until now been his rod of shame. As Patrick kissed each finger, one at a time, his lips lightly pressed against Seth’s erection. After he had kissed each finger, Patrick took each one into his mouth very slowly and then very slowly let each one slide back out. Patrick’s soft lips and tenderness had relaxed Seth’s body and his hand that had been guarding what Patrick knew to be beautiful now fell onto the bed, releasing its grasp on Seth’s erection.
******
Patrick scooted up further on the bed as he awaited Seth’s lips on his organ of love. Seth kissed Patrick’s chest, running his tongue across his nipples. Patrick’s body shivered at this new sensation, and he stroked Seth’s hair as Seth continued to love him. Seth kissed Patrick’s navel and then licked the drops that had fallen onto his skin. He liked the taste of Patrick, and ran his tongue lightly across the top of Patrick’s erection as he claimed more of the luscious drops. Seth made his way downward until he was now between Patrick’s legs. He looked at Patrick. His eyes were closed, his body yearning for Seth’s touch, his kiss, anticipating what would come next. Seth saw only beauty as he looked at Patrick’s body.

EXCERPT:
“Well, Leo, I’ve heard a lot about you. You’ve saved some of my fellow businessmen millions of dollars with your financial designs. You’re quite the young hot shot.” Leo didn’t know if the man was complimenting him or mocking him. “Yes, sir,” Leo said. “I, however, am still a bit skeptical. I think you’ve got a lot to learn,” he said. “Oh, definitely, sir. I know I lack experience and I hope to gain that experience from working with you,” Leo said modestly. Jules turned his head away from Leo and smiled. “Well young man, you can start by joining me in the sauna. You must always make the client feel comfortable. So if the client is in a sauna, you should be too. You will meet many clients, some quite eccentric, and you must at least pretend to like what they like.” “Yes, sir,” Leo said, and undressed quickly and got into the sauna with Jules. “As I look at you, Leo, I see a young man who is willing to do anything to get rich. Is this what I’m seeing?” “Yes, sir. I graduated with honors, sir.” “Yes, yes you did.” Jules tried to hide his smile but could not, and as he got up out of the sauna he could also not hide his hard cock. “Come here, Leo.” Leo got out of the water and started to put his clothes on. “No, Leo. Think of me as your client. If your client is naked, then you are naked. Got it?” Leo nodded, and walked to Jules’ desk. “Some clients will drop subtle hints about what they want from you, but I am not one of them. I serve it up straight, just like my liquor.” He looked Leo up and down. Kid’s got a damn big cock, he thought, and he’s a good looking kid too, damned good looking. Going to make a fortune, if he’s willing to play the game. “I’ve got something for you, Leo.” Jules handed Leo a check for ten thousand dollars.

Leo was instructed to lie on the bed. The lights were dimmed and it was dark in the room. Mr. J undressed, though Leo could barely see him. The interpreter and another young man knelt on the bed on either side of Leo. They each held one of Leo’s legs away from his body and upward to Mr. J’s satisfaction. “There, for now,” Mr. J said, and the two men held Leo’s legs in position. Leo could see Mr. J on the bed now between his legs. “I will prepare you now,” he said. Leo was beginning to like this weird seduction. Mr. J began massaging a very thick wax-like substance on Leo’s cock that felt like it was squeezing his cock. He then held Leo’s cock firmly with his hands. From what Leo could see of Mr. J’s body, it wasn’t bad, and in fact, he had a nice physique, well toned. Leo could also feel that Mr. J was well endowed, as his uncircumcised cock slapped against Leo’s ass. He looked at Leo. “Million dollar man,” he said. Leo felt his cock begin to throb. The substance had formed a very snug sheath around Leo’s cock. “You wait,” Mr. J commanded, and got off the bed. Where am I going with these two guys holding my ass open, thought Leo? Mr. J returned and was once again between Leo’s open legs. “Lower now,” he instructed the two men. They lowered Leo’s legs to Mr. J’s satisfaction. He then positioned himself so that he was straddling Leo’s body. He lifted Leo’s cock, snug in its man made sheath. “You will come inside me now,” he said, and lowered himself down onto Leo’s cock. The man made sheath felt good as it caused friction inside the man’s ass. The man lifted himself up and down expertly on Leo’s cock. Leo was impressed with Mr. J’s technique, and wondered how many men he had “prepared.”
******
“One million U.S. dollars have been deposited into your personal account, Leo. You would like to make more millions, yes?” Leo looked at him. A million dollars to get fucked? Who wouldn’t want that? Leo’s thoughts were not spoken. All Leo said was, “yes.” “You will wait until I return,” the man commanded Leo. Leo lay where he was, afraid to move, until the man returned. “You will dress yourself, and Rafael will bring you to me,” the man said, as he laid Leo’s clothes on the bed. Leo assumed that one of the younger men was Rafael. He dressed and within minutes the man named Rafael entered the room.

And Now Us, by Shannon Pearce

A Beau to Beau Romance short story
Sensual and Sexual, with Passion, Pleasure, and Longing

INTRO:
Time spent with Mike had become Drew’s salvation from a life which he had been blackmailed into accepting. Their yearly trip to Mike’s parents’ estate was looked forward to by Drew more each year. This year, Mike’s parents had sold their beloved estate and this would be the last of Mike’s and Drew’s yearly trips together. Drew knew that if he were going to finally confide in his best friend the truth about his marriage and his true feelings, it was now or never.

EXCERPT:
Mike looked forward to his yearly trip with his best friend, Drew. It was beautiful in the mountains, and every year Mike vowed to move up north and live in his parents’ estate, even though they had long since moved south to be closer to him. Mike loved the old place, and his yearly trip reminded him of the beauty of his native Canada. Mike and Drew had been best friends for many years, and it was during these trips that they shared their innermost thoughts. The two of them would talk about everything during their trips to Canada, their work, their love lives, everything. They were as close as two men could be, but had never done anything sexually together. They hadn’t even thought about it, as far as each other knew.
******
They were that close, Mike and Drew, that they could somehow feel what the other was feeling. Mike could also feel the sadness in Drew and was determined to find out how it had gotten there. “So, what’s with you this year, Drew? It’s more than selling the estate. You know you can tell me anything, and you know that I’m not going to stop asking until I get an answer.” Drew closed his eyes and when he opened them again, Mike was sure he saw wetness in them. But as they drove, the sky quickly became dark with thick gray clouds which only became thicker and darker as they continued to drive. Tiny flakes of white began to hit the windshield, and then the flakes became larger and fell faster and very soon covered the road. Mike glanced over at Drew whose concern equaled his own. “I’d better concentrate on the road now, buddy, but you can be sure that we’ll talk later.” Mike put his hand on Drew’s thigh once more, and then tried to concentrate on the road. As the snow picked up and it became more difficult to see, Mike’s heavy truck began to swerve. “You doin’ okay, buddy?” Drew was just as concerned about Mike as Mike was about Drew.
******
Mike got out of bed and poured himself a glass of water. Drew awoke with the sound of the water hitting the ice. “What’s wrong, buddy?” “I’m okay, just thirsty. How are you, Drew? Are you okay?” “Sure, why do you ask that in the middle of the night?” Mike set the glass down and got back into bed, facing Drew. “You were snuggled up next to me and spooning me while you slept.” Drew was embarrassed by this, and looked away. He started to roll away from Mike, but Mike held onto his arm. “It’s okay, Drew. We’ve been friends a long time. Talk to me, Drew. What’s wrong at home?” Drew closed his eyes and a single tear slid down his cheek. “Everything’s wrong, Mike. Judy’s not coming back, and with good reason.” “What happened, Drew?” “We were never in love, Mike. We got married because Judy told her parents she was pregnant and she was, but it wasn’t mine. Judy was seeing a soldier from the local base who was much older than she. She was afraid to tell her parents and even more afraid to tell the father of her baby.” Mike listened to Drew’s story and stroked his arm. “I didn’t know, Drew. I’m sorry. But, how did this lead to you marrying Judy?” “Judy and I went to the prom, you know. I got drunk, really drunk, and told her something that I shouldn’t have, something that she used to blackmail me."
******
Mike rolled Drew onto his back and lay across him. He looked into Drew’s beautiful sad eyes, and then he looked at Drew’s lips, those lips he had always dreamed of kissing. He stared at those lips, wanting to taste them, devour them. He could feel Drew’s heart beat speed up. He slowly lowered his lips to meet Drew’s. He touched them lightly with his own. He felt Drew’s arms around him as he raised his mouth to meet Mike’s. Mike kissed Drew’s full luscious mouth, the lips that he had dreamed of kissing for so many years, and the mouth that he had wanted to feel accepting his own. Mike’s kisses were returned passionately by Drew as he held Mike’s head firmly. He did not want those lips to ever leave his. Their tongues met and struggled with each other to probe deeper into the mouth that was meant to be theirs. Mike forced his hungry mouth to leave Drew’s, panting to breathe. They looked at each other. Mike ran his hand along Drew’s outer thigh. Drew opened his legs for Mike, and pleaded with his eyes for Mike to touch him. Mike slid his hand along the shaft of Drew’s cock and then held it tightly in his hand.

Stardust - Book 4 of The Solitary Knights of Pelham Bay

Excerpt:

Gordon looked deep into Dennis’ eyes and Dennis found he couldn’t turn away. He felt something electric arcing between them like live current. Gordon leaned forward, closing his eyes, parting his lips, the invitation clear.

Dennis pulled back, though his lips were actually tingling with anticipation. “Ah, Gordon. I can’t…”

“You can’t kiss me?” Gordon opened his eyes. He moved his hand from Dennis’ thigh to his crotch, resting it lightly over the bulge. “Why not? I want it. I want to kiss you. Come ‘ere…” His voice was slurred.

“You’re drunk.” Despite himself, Dennis’ cock swelled beneath Gordon’s touch.

“So? Here.” Gordon picked up the scotch bottle and waved it toward Dennis. “Have a few mouthfuls of this. Then you’ll be drunk too.” Dennis stared at Gordon, at his eyes hooded with lust and the promise in his sensual half-smile.

All at once Dennis grabbed the bottle and tipped it to his lips. Why not? Why the fuck not? The liquor burned going down, hitting his stomach and spreading rapidly to his limbs. “God damn you, Gordon Flanders,” he said softly. “How the fuck can I say no?”

He closed his eyes against the look of triumph in Gordon’s, needing the kiss too much to care. His hands and mouth seemed to have a mind of their own. He reached blindly for Gordon, catching him in a strong embrace as their lips met. Eagerly, almost desperately, he explored Gordon’s mouth.

Gordon was stroking his back and shoulders as their tongues moved together. Greedily, Dennis ran his fingers through Gordon’s thick, curling hair, at the same time pulling him closer. He was aware of his heart banging against the curve of his ribs. Ah, god, this mattered too much, too much.

Dennis pulled back, trying to compose himself, to catch his breath. Gordon opened his eyes, his lips still parted from their kiss, gleaming in the soft light. His eyes were shining. He reached out, again putting his large hand over Dennis’ crotch. Dennis was achingly hard, and Gordon’s touch triggered a shudder of lust he couldn’t control. He tried to fight it, but knew he was going under.

Gordon reached for the bottle again. He poured, completely missing the glass and dumping several ounces over his lap and splashing a little on Dennis as well. “Shit,” he said, laughing. “I guess I’m thinker than I drunk I am.” He offered a goofy grin.

Dennis stood abruptly, taking the bottle from Gordon’s hand. This was not how it was going to happen with Gordon. If it happened at all. “You’ve had enough. You’re a mess. I’m going to go—”

“No!” Gordon grabbed Dennis’ arm. “Don’t go. Please. Don’t go. I’m sorry. I was fooling around. I’m not that drunk.”

“Yeah, right,” Dennis snapped.

“No, really. Look, I’ll just jump in the shower. That’ll sober me up. Two seconds. Don’t go, please?” Gordon reached for Dennis’ face, running his fingers down Dennis’ cheek and pressing them lightly against his lips. “Wait for me, okay?” His voice was filled with promise.
